30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, unwritten in (for journals), and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to mail your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items
Because our collection includes fragile ceramic items and beautifully bound journals, we inspect every order before it ships. However, accidents can happen during transit.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a mug is broken, a journal is damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Store Email Address] with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photograph of the damaged item and the packaging
We will quickly review it and arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you (and you will not need to ship a broken item back).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
